Sgt. Peter Ord Esq.
Peter Ord joined The Regiment in May 1964. His instructor L/Sgt Colin Mosby. In March 1965 joined the 2nd Bn in Aden and No4 Coy at Monks Field. Returned to Elizibeth Brks Pirbright Nov 1965 to join No 4 Coy, 16 platoon. From Gdsm to Sgt. 1965 to1973, Chelsea, Germany, Cyprus, Canada. Two Tours to N.I. Had a spell as Police Sgt. Then the Mortar platoon 1976 to 1978. Jnr Leaders instructor .May 1978 left to join Civvey street.

L/Sgt. Emmanuel Cook
Emanuel Cook joined the Regiment in 1958, during training at Caterham and Pirbright he was a outstanding recruit, and a member of the Boxing and Basketball teams. He joined No. 1 Coy. 2nd Bn. at Wellington Brks.and then posted to Kenya, he was soon established as a valuable member of the Regiment and quickly promoted to L/Sgt. His shooting prowess earned him a place in the Battalion team, along with his strong contention in the Boxing team, he soon became a popular member of No. 2 Coy. On his return to the UK and Civvy St. he joined I.C.I. and stayed with the company for 30 years.
